He did, however, want me to clarify the situation so here goes...
At a mini-protest on 3/11 in LA, about a dozen Anon started trolling a Scifag photoboy who was in their faces with the ever present camera. This was not an 'angry mob' thing but lulz were had at his expense (paraphrasing Sean: "Why don't you get a real job as a paparazzo then you'll get paid more than $50 a month") and win was had when the stoic CO$fag broke his silence to tell them to "get lost" or somesuch.
Sean then flipped him the bird and said something to the effect of "***** you mate." Another Anon was filming the whole time and got this personal exchange on DVD.
It turns out said CO$ gaylord then called the cops and told them that Sean had threatened to kill him and a warrant was issued for his arrest. This was served when Sean arrived at the 3/15 protest after the CO$fag fingered him for LAPD.
tl;dr: The arrest, the interrogation by LAPD's Major Case Squad, the booking at Parker Center, the 10 hours in a holding cell, the $5,000 non-refundable payment for $50,000 bail, 3 weeks of stress and CO$fag harassment etc
The LA City Attorney and LA District Attorney throw out the charges as meritless and are now in possession of the Anon DVD of the night in question as they intend to press charges on the CO$fag for filing a false report.
As for Sean, he's talking with his lawfag, Graham (h)E(ro) Berry about suing for wrongful arrest and imprisonment (does anyone know if this would be a suit against the city/state?) and suing the CO$fag for libel, defamation and generally being a giant FAIL *****.
Moar news as I get it, but I'm sure Sean will be on digg before the w/end's out.

I have zero fear of this pathetic cult, and all my experiences are going to be youtubed within hours of them occurring. I prefer the justice of youtube than the justice of the courts, and now I am in a position whereby I have more on them than they do on me (i.e. 3 assaults - none serious, and one confirmed scientologist who attempted to harass me by phone - but who forgot to put 141 before his number :facepalm: ).
All protesters need to have cameras on them at all times. Lets get their actions youtubed... its a surefire way of getting them to shoot their feet off ;)
