Scalia Used False Information in Gitmo Dissent

alternet.org — Marjorie Cohn, law professor at Thomas Jefferson University, writes that Scalia's claim that 30 released prisoners from Gitmo had returned to "the battlefield" was verifiably untrue. A Seton Hall Law Center for Policy and Research had shot down this claim. But Scalia inserted this fictional number just the same.
