Saskatchewan sees biggest population jump since 1952

cbc.ca — On a map of Canada, Saskatchewan is the province just to the right of Alberta. It has nice straight borders. It's very flat. But it also has the RCMP training school, so pay respect or they'll arrest your @ss!
