Personally, I think this woman is symptomatic of the pathetic state of spinelessness in the US. Any ninny who feels upset by what anyone says believes they have redress in the facking courts. There is no way that this will meet the elements of defamation and/or slander. This is so clearly a frivilous lawsuit timely filed to coincide with Imus's settlement and possible talks to return to the airwaves.
