Russian piracy case re-opened
p2pnet.net — Former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev asked Microsoft boss Bill Gates to intervene in a case in which Alexander Ponosov, a Russian school teacher, was accused of criminally using Microsoft applications. A Russian court dumped the case, calling it "trivial," but now the BBCA Russian court has ordered it to be re-opened.
