"We don't intend to restrict anything. We will strictly stand by our contract obligations but will expand and diversify our possibilities of exporting such a highly valued commodity as hydrocarbons," Putin said.
Oh, and by the way, guess who's just about out out of natural gas and almost out of oil (set to run out completely by 2020). That's right, it's the UK!
