"Rogue" US pilot kills British soldier in Afghanistan
timesonline.co.uk — Apparently an American pilot fired upon British tank operators even after being told over the radio to "check fire". He is being referred to as a "rogue" pilot. Can someone with a military background explain how this could happen?
