Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice plans Wednesday to sign a deal to build a U.S. missile defense base on Polish soil, an agreement that has already prompted an infuriated Russia to threaten its former Soviet satellite.

If you examine the career of this woman, what becomes apparent is that war with Russia has always been her wet dream. Now that her time is limited, expect more and more desperate and impulsive behavior from her.
Rice could give a damn about your safety or the safety of anyone else. She could care less about how many people are killed. She wants her war, damn it, and she'll have it if we let her. If she is able to provoke a big enough war, Bush will be able to invoke the emergency dictatorial powers that congress ceded to him. All this gum-flapping about Obama's flag lapel pin or McCain's corruption will be entirely moot because elections will be a thing of the past. - flycatcher, on 08/20/2008, -0/+3Okay... Really? Both US and Russia are having their own separate war which reminds me of what happened in Afghanistan. They are also both building arms with Russia in Cuba and US now in Poland. Which wall can we tear down this time? I thought lame duck Bush would do less but Rice is just a cunning cun*. Just stop already.

Please realize that war with Russia is; America , your home, is a target. Those pictures of war your government tries so hard to keep you from seeing, that reality of the war, those limbless bodies, burnt flesh and screams, will be outside your front door. As it will in Russia. Neither sides population want war yet one side's government very clearly does.... I urge you Americans to do the right thing.
