- Cordier, on 08/15/2008, -0/+17Thank you ACLU for putting the police on notice that they MUST abide by Colorado state laws. Unless put on notice, it might have been too easy to follow-the-lead of the current administration and lock-up people without due process.

Judges have already relegated the exercise of 1st amendment rights to "free speech zones" citing security reasons. Outside of the free speech zone = "imminent safety concern."
