I don't want to go all conspiracy-freak, so I'll assume I'm missing something, but this does sound like someone's trying to stall here.- jperson, on 09/29/2008, -0/+8Yeah, I'd say stalling tactics are in full effect, both here and in regards to Troopergate, postponing any real activity until after the election.
