Baghdad municipality spokesman Adel al Ardawi has said that, The Baghdad Eye "will soar more than 650ft over the city and feature air-conditioned compartments that would each carry up to 30 passengers."

The warnings are rather sobering; but I do have one question: Do members of Multinational Forces - Iraq (MNF-I) liable for the USD $200 exit stamp when their rotation's up? I'm honestly curious and ignorant on the matter. - seattlegirluw, on 09/22/2008, -0/+1Well, I know that's where I'd go for a good time. Nothing like bombed-out infrastructure (and the presence of armed guards to protect against various people pissed off at our invasion and occupation) to make for a good trip
