Portland baby abused by father dies
wkrn.com — The Portland baby hospitalized for head injuries last month after police said he was beaten and thrown by his father has died. The 11-month-old passed away this week. His parents, Thomas Snelling and Jeanie Tate, who already face child abuse charges, could now face murder charges.
