- suttercain, on 06/13/2008, -0/+1Both comments above are atrocious. We live in America where conservative Christians continually spout "Freedom!" Yet, when personal Freedom is actually exercised people sometimes get persecuted for doing so. Everyone who appeared in these videos are adults and made their decision to do so. I agree, I wouldn't purchase these films, but I don't think it is or place to restrict other adults from doing so. Would you rather a nanny state? This is a very sad article. Who are we to judge people for doing something that didn't hurt anyone? I find the image a half naked man with blood running from his head and his hands/feet nailed to a cross obscene. Does that mean we should prosecute anyone who distributes this cross? No! Of course not!
Unless this man forced, raped or blackmailed the ADULTS to appear in this film, he should not have been found guilty! This is a SAD DAY for FREEDOM! Freedom is freedom, you either want to live in a society where this is true or you don't. This is no different than forcing women to cover themselves. This is no different from blocking certain websites the government doesn't agree with. This IS NOT CHILD PORN, This IS NOT BESTIALITY. These are Adults... doing what they want to do!
"He'd do good to get a little 'taste' of his own medicine." You're wrong! He didn't force anyone to do anything. You're against choice. Bottom line. - Sonothollywood, on 10/03/2008, -0/+0Max Hardcore Sentenced to 46 Months in Minimum Security Prison
