Police still baffled by '99 homicide
azcentral.com — Police are asking for the public's help in a 1999 homicide involving a 36-year-old woman shot to death in Washington Park in Phoenix. Where and when: The victim, Louanne Trumpower, was found dead around 7 a.m. April 23 in the park, adjacent to Washington High School south of Glendale Avenue between 21st and 23rd avenues.

Chances are that he may have been the big man on campus as a gate guard of supplying a minority report for a Chicago hope(ful). Maybe this tall cowboy or Chicago worker was driving some sports car for his naked alibi?
