And while we're at it if it were real what kind of INSANE construction company is going to invest in something like this, in Japan of all places. Their biggest concern is to cram as many people into square-shaped properties as they can to maximise profits.

If it ever does come around to being built in the future, I could see it popping up all over the world in other large cities. It would completely change the idea of a city. But, like many have said...it's probably just an enormous pipe dream.
On another note, did anyone else find the video to be horribly draining to watch?
