I think any police involved in the raid should have their badge numbers taken down and prosecuted to the fullest extent of Swedish law, since they are carrying out an raid with no legal justification to back it.

Probibly one of the reasons they are willing to "humor" the US is because the Swedish government knows it has no case and therefore there is no real threat to the PirateBay.
It is all good in the end. If they US keeps it up, the political backlash in Sweden will be such that the government will loose power and it will be given to folks even less willing to work with the Yanks. Just as it has all over the world. Pallistine, Iraq.. as it is starting in India and Pakistan.. and in the UK where it caused one of the most popular PMs in history to resign. The site was talking about pedophillia and from what I understand was suportive of it. In the US the organization is called MBLA or The Man Boy Love Association. I hate and dispise what they say, but I will die to defend their right to say it! This isn't hate speech, it is a distasteful opinion that I don't share. Discusting me isn't a crime and therefore this would be protected speech.
