- stupidverizon, on 10/12/2007, -26/+139I had trouble deciding which pictures were me. And it gave me a description that didn't match me at all.
- jon02129, on 10/12/2007, -12/+120That's odd, all of you are saying it didn't work, while I think it was spot on.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -1/+100Plus, it doesn't work well for geeks. I chose the picture of a computer for the "fun" one, and it said I'm a workaholic, when in fact, I'm a lazy bastard.
- AlanCayce, on 10/12/2007, -2/+94so it worked for you?
- VModulus, on 10/12/2007, -4/+77Did it say you're in denial? :P
- thpeyton, on 10/12/2007, -3/+60yeah there weren't enough pictures of guys with their shirts off to match your profile. jk.
- naldwell, on 10/12/2007, -1/+55Worked fine in FireFox 2.0.0.2 for me...
- marcuschi, on 10/12/2007, -18/+63It was like a virtual cold reader for me - just filled with generic answers.
I guess it works for average, generic people. - inactive, on 10/12/2007, -3/+39It said i was a *****
- Dayz, on 10/12/2007, -2/+36[cough] loser [/cough]
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -7/+35Cool design / idea, though it didn't really work for me at all.
- vhold, on 10/12/2007, -3/+29The very first question "Art is" made me feel like it can't give a good result. I wanted to pick virtually all of them.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -2/+28Cool, except like everyone else said - it didn't work.
I think it is because our views on the pictures are completely subjective. I clicked something involving a laptop and apparently that correlated with me being a workaholic of sorts? Odd, I'm a lazy son of a gun. - kingkilr, on 10/12/2007, -1/+20Pretty close for me, some stuff was off, but I could see why and its conclusions still made sense, pretty neat overall.
- rcran, on 10/12/2007, -6/+24Fit me exactly.
- freehunter, on 10/12/2007, -2/+18I think mine is 100% spot on, but the problem with these kinds of tests is the fact that for the most part people will, even subconsciously, pick the images that THEY think fits them, rather than the correct choice. For the most part, when people say it was spot on with the answers, it was because they picked the thing they knew would fit within their own self image, rather than taking the chance that they could pick something they don't want to accept. I recently started pulling away from 'ultra nerd', because as much as I wanted to fit into that category, I realized I am not an ultra nerd and never could be. I've accepted the fact that I've been living my life to fit who I wanted to be, rather than who I am. I had a friend take this test for me as well, and her answers for me came out to be exactly what I had picked, as well, so I know I am finally on the right page.

If you had trouble deciding which pictures to pick, perhaps it is because you're not listening to your gut. Try it again and pick the pictures without thinking about them. - kspen, on 10/12/2007, -2/+15Worked fine on my Mac in Safari--I got in early, and it pretty much nailed me very accurately.
- nubnub, on 10/12/2007, -4/+15blank black pages. OH YEAH
- adragons, on 10/12/2007, -9/+19Agreed. Didn't match my personality at all. Creator needs to take a psychology class or something.
- D3koy, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11If you have Ad-Block Plus try disabling it, that worked for me....
- Mandeep, on 10/12/2007, -2/+11wow, i got gogetter on mood and it matched me personally, the other tabs were also really accurate. it even told me stuff that i knew was true but never really sat down to think about. id have to say this is a really cool thing, u just gotta pick the right images. sometimes id have to sit for a few secs and see which one id really like better.
- Coy0te, on 10/12/2007, -1/+96 of the 13 categories I chose were were the least popular...I feel lonely.
- TheGreatGatsbii, on 10/12/2007, -0/+7So what is it supposed to mean whenever you click a gray box? I'm pretty sure it fits SOMEONES personality but come on.
- optigon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Says a lot for your personality... Goth! :P
- clide, on 10/12/2007, -0/+6Yeah, I noticed that too. You picked a picture of a traditional art piece for your idea of art, so you like traditional art....How amazing.
- vodkagunblast, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6This is stupid. If you want to see some creepy insight try www.colorquiz.com
Pretty much nails it. - Yokohamalion, on 10/12/2007, -0/+5This was stupid. I picked one club picture and all of a sudden I'm highly sociable and love people. I just want to get ***** up under flashing lights.
- berfmurret, on 10/12/2007, -2/+7what a load of *****. the ending is basically just descriptions of the pictures you picked. nothing too insightful here. move along.
- fenrir, on 10/12/2007, -4/+8Yeah, it said I was a go getter, I'm probably one of the laziest people on the planet.
- Xinareiaz, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4lol, you obviously took the time to go to the site
- Kodiak41226, on 10/12/2007, -5/+9It worked for me.
- muffins, on 10/12/2007, -0/+4It called me a workaholic....not even close.
- justintsmith, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4dont Digg and drive young man
- KraigR, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4look under the index tab..it explains all of the categories...
- necrisque, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Mood: Dreamer
Fun: Escape Artist
Habits: Junkie Monkey
Love: Love Bug
Close, I dunno what the hell a "love bug" is though - tdk2fe, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3I think for the most part the descriptions it gives are likely to fit anybody at least a little bit. Theres nothing there that says "Hey your a worthless piece of **** so end it and kill yourself". Everybody likes to be told good things - and even if they're not spot on we make concessions because its a computer program.
It's interesting how people interpret information about themselves when somebody else is telling it to them. I saw one of those investigative reports a few years back that dealt with how psychics and palm readers and such work. Essentially, they had a psychic come in and individually read the same horoscope to about 30 people. Every person said the horoscope was pretty close. It was the hororscope of a serial killer. - MeekoTheRaccoon, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3The problem with the test is Translation.
I don't mean the translation of English to 'American', but translation of what the images themselves mean.
To start with, I found my self clicking the wrong pictures. I saw a six pack and thought that would be soda. Then I saw the Coke bottle, and figured that was soda. I average about one beer a month. I average about 3 'cokes' a day. (And yes, I live in Atlanta, everything, regardless of brand is a 'coke'.) I also picked the person on the laptop, and the test told me that I work too much. I figure that Social Diggers don't exist over there, and that using a computer at home, for lesiure is a no-no.
Further, I like Dance Music. I picked the DJ / turntable. Did they pick my social life from that? You can listen to anything in nearly any context. I doubt I will ever see my self in a club, for more than 3 hours at a time. If I ever go at all.
In some cases, for me at least, I had to pick the best from what was given, not the best answer.
In the end, I think this test is as good as any test can be, that is taken between man and machine. If it was a personal test, with another person running the test, it would cost money. - Rikka, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Well, you have to be careful with the pictures you pick, because they're very generic and stereotypical. The maker of the games put pictures based on their stereotypes, not yours. They think games, they think the ps2 remote. But you think games, you think computers. i hope that made sense :(
- PathDaemon, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Hells yeah. While I felt for some of the given descriptions, it was a bit of an idealist picture of myself, and a bad one at that.
- MrSunshine, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2"You love to be far away from your everyday life. You're a bit of a tech head, and maybe a home-body?"
Now what? - darkspire, on 10/12/2007, -2/+4Of course it doesn't work, the responses appear to be canned, ie tied to specific images or groups of images. I did it two or three times as quite a few of the images overlap and yet not a single one of the profiles was even remotely close to my personality type. The primary flaw here seems to be the canned responses and too narrow of a scope. If you look at personality tests like Myers-Briggs they have similar questions with different wording or different choices to get a better feel for your response rather than just one to one correlations. Of course this isn't designed to be accurate it's designed to sell crap.
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2well.. i got an iq of 206 after doing this, but we all know that these tests don't measure your Real intelligence
- artwork, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3The results tell me I like coffee and massages. I already knew that.
- Dotcommer, on 10/12/2007, -3/+5mine told me im fat, ugly, and dumb.... :(
por que internet? Por que.... - mistarojaz, on 10/12/2007, -3/+5i guess i haven't been living my life correctly...
- Blah_Blah_Blah, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Digg for a great website full of pictures that didnt die. =]
- TradaPIB, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Exactly the same here. Anybody else going to die cold and lonely with me and coy0te?
- inactive, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2To quote Henry Rollins: "I'll tell you things that you already know, just so you can say, 'I really identify with you so much.'"
- PalmerEldritch, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3Yeah, what does that say about me? When I go to the site, I just get a black screen with no choices. I am afraid for my sanity.
