Philadelphia Police Brutality watch!

youtube.com — This is totally unacceptable. There is NO excuse. Firing them is too good for them. They should all be hung from streetlamps throughout the city and left to decompose in full sight of all other Philadelphia cops to deter such behavior in the future.
