    I would also like to know where the ethical and transparent Congress is - OH I get it NOW - the are still trying to come up with a definition of ethical, and all of their corruption and shenanigans are TOTALLY transparent.

I suppose the higher the Wall Street bailout figure, the higher they can go with their pork products as long as they stay "less" so they have a false sense of achievement to brag about.
