Peace Corps Struggles To Fund Volunteer's Funeral/Memorial

peacecorpsonline.org — Tessa Horan was killed by shark in Tonga. Horan's mother, Kristena Prater, said the Peace Corps refused to pay for the memorial service and misled the family about retrieving the body. Please help lobby Congress to change the rules surrounding in-service accidental death and monetary support.
