- chkdg8, on 05/17/2008, -0/+1It's very sad that Carlos and Marilza Sousa lost their son and yes there might be some liability issues on the San Francisco Zoo's part but every sane and intelligent being on here knows that these wild animals were never designed to be locked up like this. Wild animals are meant to be in the wild. That's also the reason why circuses that use animals for entertainment have been plummeting in attendance and almost to the point of non existence. Hence the popularity of acts like Cirque du Soleil. You can't put a price on a lost human life but it'll be interesting to see the legal outcome for this family.
