Papal Visit to US Bolsters Pro-Life Faith

lifenews.com — A recent poll has found that following the Pope's visit to the US, that Catholics are confirmed in their Pro-Life views and are more comfortable in following the teachings of the church. During his visit, the strongest applause received was during mention of the Sancity of Life.

Thank you too for his predecessor, John Paul II, who accepted as a gift from You his inspiration to write his Theology of the Body, and share it with Your world. Thank you for Benedict's long and close friendship with John Paul, and his enthusiastic willingness to spread JPII's TOB teachings, igniting our world with newfound respect for the Church's teachings on our human sexuality. The root of abortion (and all evil) is the misuse of the gift of our sexual intimacy. Teach us to see your Gift aright, to cherish our manhood and womanhood as our path to You, and to keep always in our sight the vision of the Marriage Feast of the Lamb. Amen!!
