- lemur, on 01/04/2009, -4/+33Muslims are the #1 victims of terrorism in the world.
- xChunk, on 01/04/2009, -2/+21What kind of bomber gives his life to kill 6 random people???
Dumbass if you ask me. - Cubeforce, on 01/04/2009, -8/+20and #1 terrorists as well, coincidentally.
- DillingerSmooth, on 01/04/2009, -1/+13when does it ever stop?
- LeekMibles, on 01/04/2009, -0/+9You know what, that's ***** true. Wow.
- Soma115, on 01/04/2009, -1/+10Anyone else tired of this?
- DreamSpirit3, on 01/04/2009, -0/+7Terrorism is not only targeted at Westerners but also at other Muslims as you see in Pakistan and India. Terrorists don't care what religion you are, they want their way, not caring how they achieve it or who they harm in the process. It is an unfortunate ordeal and they work without logic.

- Barackalypse, on 01/04/2009, -2/+10When free will is killed. In other words, this is a minor horror compared to what it would take to eliminate these types of incidents. I fully expect within 200 years future generations will be implanted with microchips that monitor and actively prohibit certain thoughts and actions. Go watch the movie Serenity, it offers some commentary on what lengths the Government will go in its attempts to make us "better".
- edyang, on 01/04/2009, -1/+7Huh? Are you saying that there's never been terrorism in parts of the world until we appeared?
Do you realize that Pakistan and India have been at each others' throats over Kashmir, and that it has very little to do with the US? - bender240, on 01/04/2009, -1/+7In other news today, a Female suicide-bomber in Baghdad killed 38 at a Shiite shrine:
http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5 ... - CONspiracyCON, on 01/06/2009, -0/+6Looking over this list of terrorist attacks around the world in 2008, some things stand out. For one, Muslims are the perpetrators of nearly all of them. The violence in these conflicts is provoked by Muslim radicals period they are out for blood and must be put down like mad dogs.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_terrorist_inc ... - method7670, on 01/04/2009, -0/+5Welcome to the world of religious fanaticism.
A la Crusades... - Ugotownedo, on 01/04/2009, -2/+7Not to be a dick, but this stuff isn't even news anymore. This ***** happens like every month.
- inurv, on 01/05/2009, -0/+5Mizraabianz, yes we need to tackle bigger issues because terrorism is not a big issue.
India is the only country in the world where people die of hunger and domestic violence. Terrorism on the other hand should not be chastised at all.
The ruling party won state-elections in many states because they diverted all our attention to terrorism. Something which the brainwashed citizens thought was the only issue worth voting. I still do wonder something. Even though terrorism is the only thing embedded in our minds; why did the Congress win? Though they are to be blamed for negligence which resulted in arguably the worst event of terrorism on Indian soil?
You supported the US when it invaded a country so that it could take care of the 9/11 culprits. Then you blame them for causing problems. Then you say we should not talk about terrorism because there are bigger issues?
Look there are many problems and we try to address them as we can and when we can. You named a few I can name many more. Corruption, Nepotism, Caste-Politics, Red-Tape, Female Infanticide etc etc. Please do not insult humanity by not calling Terrorism a 'real' issue. - Danltn, on 01/04/2009, -1/+5Stupid terrorists.
- edyang, on 01/04/2009, -0/+4@AGONY: "US soldiers fight because they can't afford an education or have no specific skills that they can apply to a job"
Yes, I'm sure you are loads smarter than graduates from Westpoint. - Conglomerate, on 01/05/2009, -2/+6I went to grade school in Pakistan, in the city of Karachi. There was not one book about religion taught in my school. Our curriculum was strictly language, math, science, arts/music, and social studies. We were never taught any sort of hatred. The history that we did learn was about the moghuls. All these sources you are referencing to seem to be talking about the madrassahs which account for less than 5% of the education in Pakistan.
- lemur, on 01/04/2009, -0/+4I certainly wouldn't call it a coincidence, but I think most people in the West neglect to realize that there is no Muslim conspiracy against non-Muslims, but rather Muslim and non-Muslim alike are senseless casualties of attacsk by corrupt and violent organizations.
- solid12345, on 01/05/2009, -1/+4"We never had this much problems until we start helping USA in Afghanistan"
The British never had problems with air raids until they declared war on Germany, but you know what, you had some sick elements in your backyard that sooner or later had to be taken care of, i'm sorry.
I would say the number 1 problem is your madrassas, kids are getting taught to recite the Quran by heart yet not getting basic civics, history, and math classes. - atm259, on 01/04/2009, -9/+12only 6? These guys must not have payed attention during class.
- Kosh, on 01/04/2009, -0/+3Dugg for Serenity. :)
- ibneihsan, on 01/09/2009, -0/+3conspiracy against the masses by those who claim to be spreading peace! Now everyone know who they are and time will surely uncover them if the coward rulers fail to do so!
- Lionhart, on 01/04/2009, -1/+4protip: the virgins
- inurv, on 01/05/2009, -1/+4Erm.. jauntykhartoumi, my comment was actually full of something called 'sarcasm' :P
Perhaps should have used /sarcasm to convey it. I just thought that my sarcasm was obvious.. - talhaasifdar, on 01/04/2009, -1/+4@ OMGWTFBBQFTW
Human lives have same value which ever country or religion they belong to. You mean human lives are cheaper in Pakistan as compared to London. And for your information these suicide attacks never happened in Pakistan before 9/11. They started after Pakistan started operations against Taliban. Pakistani soldiers and civilians are dying fighting terrorism and Taliban, and you are saying, "no one gives a fcuk!..Its only pakistan. Its a third world country. If this would have had been in london. a different story". Shame on your thinking OMGWTFBBQFTW - mizraabianz, on 01/05/2009, -1/+4You are not reading my comment and jumping to conclusion. I admit we have a problem but we are also its biggest victim. And please don't bring ISI in everything. India needs to tackle bigger issue than to worry about ISI. India is a country where 100's of people die every day because of hunger, domestic violence, Hindu extremist conflicts, Muslim/Hindu conflicts. I think Indian politician are fooling the general public by shifting their focus away from real issues, unfortunately people like you are falling for it.
- inurv, on 01/05/2009, -2/+5I am an Indian myself and I do not blame Pakistan for every catastrophe happening in our country. We are all not a bunch of irrational freaks here. In this regard, your comment accusing the others for blaming you for 'everything' leaves much to be desired.
Thought please do understand that there is enough proof that Pakistan does house several terrorist organizations. Typical Pakistanis may accept this but it seems that the Pakistani government is not willing to do so. Look up the whole debate surrounding the nationality of Kasab (The terrorist caught in the Mumbai attacks)
Pakistan has received a LOT of foreign Aid from the US which it apparently uses to build defenses against those terrorists. Where all that money is going is a different matter. Yet, we do symphatise with your situation having faced ISI backed terrorism for years ourselves. - mizraabianz, on 01/04/2009, -6/+9And then countries like India blame Pakistan for every catastrophe happening in their country. We are victim of terrorism, either it is homegrown or coming from across the border, it is affecting Pakistan.. We never had this much problems until we start helping USA in Afghanistan. Typical Pakistanis are peace loving people and everyone wants to end terrorism.
- chetanw, on 01/05/2009, -1/+4Actually it's funny how both Indian and Pakistani media report opposite views of the same story. If you look at the media's reports on the Kashmir elections, the Indian news portrays a great success while the Pakistani news says it's a disastrous failure.
Regardless of that, history has shown time and again that something built on hatred of others always comes back to bite you in the a**. Ever since Independence, the only two things that kept Pakistan united were Islam and hatred of India. The first was easy and for the second, the Army and the ISI came in handy.
Unfortunately, this policy is now costing them dearly. The country is shedding tears of blood and is being torn apart by the same terrorists that they once raised. If this ***** about the education textbooks preaching jihad is true, then in a few decades, the country will have ceased to exist.
And in case you wondered, that's not going to be good for anyone, least of all India. - kckinn, on 01/06/2009, -2/+4Another brain dead paki
- kckinn, on 01/06/2009, -1/+3everyone in the world is a terrorist except you
- ThaStig, on 01/06/2009, -1/+3Im a muslim, i dont think that. i have no beef with any other religion or race.
am i doing something wrong?
why cant i live my life in peace without bigoted racists like you who love to just generalize? - LiquidIse, on 01/04/2009, -3/+5I know I will be buried alive for this:
But I have always thought the 1 good thing about suicide bombings as opposed to other forms of terrorism is that the asshat with a bomb strapped to him either dies instantly, or gets permanently maimed and has to lay in a pool of their own entrails for a period of time. - method7670, on 01/04/2009, -0/+2If you aren't then, well, you would probably be one of them?!
- BillE3, on 01/08/2009, -0/+2Would it be better to do it in grand central station at rush hour?
- Lionhart, on 01/04/2009, -0/+2wat
- eluusive, on 01/05/2009, -0/+2This is nothing like the Crusades.
- IceOfDiamonds, on 01/05/2009, -0/+2no kidding, what kind of idiot blows himself up in a crowd of 10 or less? what a n00b
- Fr33th0t, on 01/05/2009, -0/+2"We call them evil, but they are doing the same thing that US soldiers are doing. not the exact same thing, US soldiers do not blow themselves up directly, but they sacrifice their own lives the same way that Iraqi soldiers do."
Incoherent idiots may think thats true but most high school grads can tell the difference between blowing oneself--and countless civilians--up in order to get on the news and defending your country. Sure our lives may be in jeopardy, but is there nothing--or no one--you would give your life for? Are you really so much a cynical coward to not care that much about freedom and your loved ones that you wouldn't jump in a lake--at some risk to your life--to save them if you thought they might drown? It might help you to enlist so you know a little about what you are talking about, but our armed forces need people willing to commit themselves to more than a comment in Digg. - biogears, on 01/05/2009, -1/+3I don't have time to read the article, someone at least tell me if this was an Hindu terrorist, or maybe Jewish, or possibly Catholic or Baptist, or maybe Buddhist?
- IceOfDiamonds, on 01/05/2009, -0/+2the patriots said it best. humans are immature.
- antigravit42, on 06/14/2009, -0/+2Why did it ever begin?
- smokesteam, on 01/05/2009, -3/+5Brought to you by The Religion of Peace.
- inactive, on 01/04/2009, -1/+3That's a sorry argument. Most American men and women in the armed services are very proud of what they do and signed up for duty not a paycheck. If your scenario was true they would be ineffective and sorry at their jobs, which the majority are not. Apparently patriotism runs stronger in them than you. Don't disrespect those doing something you won't or can't do.
