    5. Check your firing zone - FAIL He's clearly not on the firing line for this range.
    6. Store firearms and ammunition safely - Again, we can only speculate.
    7. Avoid alcohol or drugs when handling firearms - FAIL, Think about it.

    I know someone who went to a gun store and dry fired a rifle to test. The rifle had been in storage for 20 years and everyone thought it was unloaded. It fired (luckily he wasn't pointed at anyone).
