Oil cools after vaulting to $135
news.bbc.co.uk — Oil prices were well off their peak of $135 a barrel on Friday as investors cashed in on five sessions of rises. US sweet light crude had surged to a $135.09 high on Thursday, before falling back to close at $130.81. By Friday lunchtime, US crude was up $1.51 at $132.96 while London Brent crude was $1.70 higher to $132.30.
