- KenHowe, on 10/11/2007, -0/+6There are those who are so convinced that whatever they do is the right thing even when it makes no sense as in this case. I can find no compelling reason to publish any information about a firearms permit holder. To publish "just because we can" is not at all compelling but quite regrettable, unfortunate and smacks of elitism.
- V1CE, on 10/11/2007, -0/+4One of the reasons that these idiots claim for posting CCW license holders info is "Public Safety" & the "Right To Know", because they believe that somehow even being near a firearm is "Dangerous" to them. Using their "Logic" we can make a case for publishing info of Cops on or off duty, or how about people who are Gay, because they may have AIDS. Or how about Alcoholics, or Wife Beaters, or insert name here.

But if you are not allowed to defend yourself, you are nothing more than a Slave! - mynamis, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3law suit I hope it gets filed.
- brianallen, on 10/11/2007, -0/+3Stopping at the publication of a limited portion of the managing editor's records, while demonstrating the impeccable moral integrity of those of us who are on and in The Right, fails to fight the Left's both overt and insidious relentless un-and-anti America attacks upon our beloved fraternal republic's God-given Liberties. Such polite response to such evil, while noble enough, will not cause the evil doers much pause.
Someone aught rather publish the private and public details of that paper's every employee, to the (likely as not criminal alien) dustbin emptiers and lavatory cleaners.
And those of its every, enabling, advertiser! - subarusqueege, on 10/11/2007, -0/+1Better yet! Now everybody knows who is a potential unarmed victim! JUST F-ING BRILLIANT JACK @SS!
