Officer Tasers Man Multiple Times: Raises Questions

public.getlegal.com — A recent decision by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals raises questions concerning excessive force used by police. The case was a result of a traffic stop in March of 2004 during which Jonathan Rackard, a Washington County FL deputy sheriff applied a taser to Jesse Buckley three times while he was restrained.
