Officer Arrested Accused Of Spanking Woman With Belt

local6.com — A Central Florida police sergeant has been arrested on suspicion of throwing a female to the ground at a party, pulling her pants down and spanking her with a belt.

Plus, I know some beefy women, but very, very few could hold a grown man with one hand and whip him with the other. Gimme some handcuffs, though, and it's on!!!

If you want to try to force it into equality then more power to you, but I'm not going to take steps to change the way thing are by design. I'm a man, I like women, and I don't purposely try to bring sexism into it. At the same time I am not proactive in forcing things into equality.

I actually think that the 'old way' of feminism in which women should 'do what men do' is counterproductive. We'll never be the same and trying to force it, like you said, is ridiculous. Men don't report this stuff because they don't have to, they're not likely to be raped or beaten by a woman. For a woman to admit that we are at more of a risk due to our physical inequality is nothing to be ashamed of. It is simply fact. I think admitting those things brings us closer to an equilibrium of the sexes. (Just don't tell the feminazis I said that, they might come get me! :) I think that is the spirit that tribble222 was appealing to.

        This is a political dodge. Everybody knows what 'equality' means, this 'I don't want to be emasculated' nonsense is coming from a right-wing social/political agenda.

        BTW; old school feminists were just as bad (the blue haired women who won't vote for Obama because he beat Hillary. They are willing to sacrifice YOUR reproductive rights in anger - their own reproductive rights have already been sacrificed to menopause). I'm happy to note that they are no longer a force, having been replaced by 'post-modern feminists,' who value both 'femaleness' and 'maleness' and aren't slaves to their politics.

    There's really not anything else to do in Ocoee anyway.

    On point, though, the woman could be lying. It's not fair for everyone to jump on his case based on one woman's accusation. Witnesses or something would be nice. Even if she's not, though, I'd think his past offense(s) should have had him removed from the police force.
  • DiogenesJr, on 07/11/2008, -1/+13You know how many people I booked after being arrested for providing alcohol to "minors" (some as shockingly young as 20 and a half) yet this guy keeps his job with a strongly worded letter put into his file? There is a shocking double standard at work inside most police agencies. Don't believe me? Look a cop in the eyes and you will see nothing but contempt looking back at you. You are scum to them; a criminal waiting only for the opportunity to commit a crime. They, on the other hand, just have lapses in judgment, stress from the job is the most common explanation.

    Our jail psychologist once confided in me that he hated his job. I asked him if he disliked the clientèle. He said they were at least honest about their issues. That was the only real difference between most cops and the criminals. Cops are severely messed up but they found a way to make a living in the same vein as crooks. They just some much ego they aren't afraid of getting caught. He summed it up this way: The only difference between cops and crooks is, cops haven't been caught yet.

    Spanking a woman's bare ass at a party, presumably against her will, and he gets a paid leave while they investigate. Seriously?
