- Jashobeam5, on 03/09/2009, -2/+17That has to be a let down for Ted. JFK got Monroe to sing at his party.
- inactive, on 03/09/2009, -4/+18Hope dear Ted wasn't allowed to drive home afterwards.
- oboshoe, on 03/09/2009, -3/+12Mary jo Kopechne was unavailable for comment.
- inactive, on 03/09/2009, -5/+13Lol Kennedy the guy who rode on John's coattails just to become a senator and could never get elected President no matter how he tried.
Seriously not a national hero
hell even Robert Byrd is more interesting then Ted and he is barely ever mentioned
All Ted has is the last name that the media just won't let die, nothing else.
Hell I think if John F. Kennedy were alive he would smack Ted a few times for insulting the family name. - Griberal, on 03/09/2009, -2/+7To the delight of Kennedy, Obama did his turning water into wine trick.
- RetroEvolute, on 03/09/2009, -2/+7You really had to use "caps off Kennedy" in the title?
- pathouston22, on 03/09/2009, -6/+10Does a 28 year old dead girl pop out of the cake?
Folks from Massachusetts, ya'll are disgusting for electing this ***** over and over. - Ascus, on 03/09/2009, -3/+7I hope they paid ASCAP the performance rights and RIAA for redistribution of the song? I would hate to think the the President is in Copyright violation.
- atomheartmother, on 03/09/2009, -5/+9It's telling that the most revered Regressive is also a man who ran his car into a lake in a drunken stupor, and then left a woman to drown.
- xGORDOx, on 03/09/2009, -3/+6A birthday bash huh?
Well, I guess there is no recession for the people who put us in one.
Government is so awsome, they truly care about us, the little people. - Pwelborn1, on 03/09/2009, -3/+6Even if Obama took every cent from every person making 250k+/yr, it still wouldn't be enough to pay for his new budget.
- inactive, on 03/09/2009, -9/+12Because you're a tool.
- prophet5, on 03/09/2009, -4/+7Yay! Happy Birthday, you twisted, drunk killer!
- xGORDOx, on 03/09/2009, -1/+3He couldn't get nominated for President because he killed a woman, rather, left her to die so he could get in touch with his laywer.
- normalkid0615, on 03/09/2009, -3/+5did u read the speech Kennedy gave about secret societies before he was murdered? Very interesting...
- Pwelborn1, on 03/09/2009, -7/+9Ted Kennedy is a disgusting man. It really irritates me that he keeps getting elected. Almost as bad as Barney Frank that guy makes me throw up a little in my mouth.
- gasoline, on 03/09/2009, -1/+2He killed a girl and he liked it.
- RawShark, on 03/10/2009, -0/+1If you look closely, you'll notice Obama is reading the happy birthday lyrics from his out of frame teleprompter.
http://news.yahoo.com/s/politico/20090305/pl_polit ... - inactive, on 03/09/2009, -3/+4Exactly right!! Teddy is a liberal leftists....
Liberal Leftists are people who want you to think they're on YOUR side, when in fact they're doing everything they can to undermine YOUR side.
Liberal Leftists are constantly trying to undermine American culture and heritage. - inactive, on 03/09/2009, -5/+6he was allowed to live, but the other 2 brothers were taken down by the international illumnists.
- ash7887, on 03/09/2009, -1/+2Lockean, well-ignorant spoken (while claiming to be a philosopher follower - what a shame...)
it has nothing to do with "non-whites vs whites" or "living". it has to do with cultural and historical differences.
The fact is that as of today there is no single successful truly multi-racial country (no single race dominance that is.) Zimbabwe is a laughing stock (used to be "Tiger of Africa" 20 years ago), South Africa is falling apart (3 out 4 girls raped), Brazil has interracial crime rates through the roof, so does the US (since 1965 of course..)
The most successful ones on the other hand are 90% or more racially homogeneous: Japan, Switzerland, Norway, Taiwan, Sweden, Korea, Austria. Coincidence? I think not..... - Maynza, on 03/09/2009, -1/+2You don't even want to know what happened after the party.
- Jashobeam5, on 03/09/2009, -2/+3You do know he killed an innocent woman right? No, I have nothing nice to say about such a man.
- MacEnvy, on 03/09/2009, -2/+3I don't think Ted drives anywhere these days, he's already stroked out once and often has seizures. But you just go ahead and keep milking that decades-old joke, why don't ya.
- TrevorBelmont, on 03/09/2009, -1/+2I'm pretty sure that nothing you just said is true.
- SpoonMSU, on 03/09/2009, -1/+2I'm not RSVPing to your birthday party.
- ash7887, on 03/09/2009, -7/+7Yeah, this Ted Kennedy dude helped to crucify this country time after time. Of course Obama will celebrate his birthday because without Ted Kennedy Barak O would never have won the elections..... All because of evil "Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965" pushed through by this traitor.
"The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 (Hart-Celler Act, INS Act of 1965, Pub.L. 89-236) abolished the national-origin quotas that had been in place in the United States since the Immigration Act of 1924. It was proposed by Emanuel Celler , co-sponsored by Philip Hart and heavily supported by United States Senator Ted Kennedy
<snip>
During debate on the Senate floor, Kennedy, speaking of the effects of the act, said, "First, our cities will not be flooded with a million immigrants annually. Under the proposed bill, the present level of immigration remains substantially the same.... Secondly, the ethnic mix of this country will not be upset.... Contrary to the charges in some quarters, [the bill] will not inundate America with immigrants from any one country or area, or the most populated and deprived nations of Africa and Asia.... In the final analysis, the ethnic pattern of immigration under the proposed measure is not expected to change as sharply as the critics seem to think.... The bill will not flood our cities with immigrants. It will not upset the ethnic mix of our society. It will not relax the standards of admission. It will not cause American workers to lose their jobs."[2] The act's supporters not only claimed the law would not change America's ethnic makeup, but that such a change was not desirable.[1]
In reality, the Act did result in a flood of new immigration from non-European nations that did change the ethnic make-up of the United States.[3] Immigration doubled between 1965 and 1970 and doubled again between 1970 and 1990.
<snip>
A Boston Globe article attributed Barack Obama’s win in the 2008 U.S. Presidential election to a marked reduction over the preceding decades in the percentage of whites in the American electorate, attributing this demographic change to the Act.[3] The article quoted Simon Rosenberg, president and founder of the New Democrat Network, as having said that the Act is "the most important piece of legislation that no one’s ever heard of," and that it "set America on a very different demographic course than the previous 300 years."
In 1998, Peter Brimelow, National Review (a conservative news magazine) editor, summarized assurrances by Immigration Subcommittee chairman Edward Kennedy: "First, our cities will not be flooded with a million immigrants annually. Under the proposed bill, the present level of immigration remains substantially the same ... Secondly, the ethnic mix will not be upset . . . Contrary to the charges in some quarters, [the bill] will not inundate America with immigrants from any one country or area, or the most populated and deprived nations of Africa and Asia . . . ." Brimelow pointed out that every one of these assurances has proven false.[4]"

- wrrock, on 03/09/2009, -4/+4It's all about show with Obama. He knows how to organize a community and put on birthday party spectaculars. But our economy needs attention. He's a administrative virgin:

You what other name I'm sick of these days? Bush. Seriously, can these people just disappear already? - mksmothers, on 03/09/2009, -4/+4dugg for the term "heavy weight" and Ted Kennedy in the same paragraph.
- inactive, on 03/09/2009, -2/+2Some things never get old.
- mikeymondavi, on 03/09/2009, -4/+4This fat murdering ***** wont be dead soon enough. I just wish his "war on individualism" dies with him.
- yankeedaniel, on 03/09/2009, -8/+7I'm glad President Obama is spending his time at this birthday party instead of discovering new ways to screw up our economy more. :)
- Elranzer, on 03/09/2009, -2/+1I think you're confused with Conservative Rightards
- 1dog, on 03/09/2009, -3/+2He came out in support of Obama early on. When it still looked like Hillery was going to be the guy. To have someone with that big a name come out on his side like that was big.
- inactive, on 03/09/2009, -3/+2When Ted the Swimmer is not drowning women in Oldsmobiles, he's drowning himself with gin. Fat poor excuse for a statesman. Amazing that the fools in Massachusetts continued to vote for that worthless POS.
- iiiears, on 03/09/2009, -4/+3 Just try if only for a moment to be civil and recognise his accomplishments, then wish him a happy birthday . Don't have anything nice to say about him? Then move on to the next thread.
After decades of service to this country he has earned my respect.
Happy Birthday Mr. Kennedy. - gerbil20, on 03/09/2009, -4/+3Finally the king of post turtles is doing something right - spending his royal time at a birthday party instead of fscking up the economy, licking asses of Syrian and Russian dictators, transferring fortunes to Hamastan, and damaging the relations with Britain.
- Lockean, on 03/09/2009, -2/+1Yeah, I mean who the hell are non-whites to think that they are good enough to live in this country?
/s - gfryesc, on 03/09/2009, -3/+1hilarious!
