OPEC head blames oil price spike on U.S. as prices rise

usatoday.com — OPEC President Chakib Khelil insisted Tuesday that oil producers see no need to raise supply, blaming high prices on factors outside their control such as U.S. pressure on Iran and the weak U.S. dollar.
