OPEC: Will Cut Production To Increase Oil Prices
zardozz.com — An Iranian official in the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) said Saturday that the producers group is considering leaving oil production levels unchanged or perhaps even trimming them to shore up lagging prices and defend market share. - scotty777, on 08/18/2008, -0/+5There are some folks out there that would keep us enslaved to OPEC and other foreign powers rather than have us become energy independent because they don't believe it can be done in a GREEN way. They like solar because it seems green. They dislike nuclear because they think its NOT green, even though the SUN, the source of all energy, uses the technique every millisecond of every day !!
They (the far left) will be content to let other nations improve the technology and use it, while we go back to living in grass and mud huts using animal fat candles (killed with our bare hands mind you because they are opposed to guns and the 2nd Ammendment) for the light to read old Whole Earth Catalogues from the 60's, while sitting around campfires singing goom ba ya. - vault, on 08/18/2008, -0/+2And if an OPEC member gets nuclear weapons as a bargaining chip, this is just the beginning...

That's we need to finish and win the war in Iraq for starters and do whatever it takes to keep these barbaric neanderthals and fanatic islamo-fascist zealots from getting control of nuclear weapons.
