zardozz.com — What more evidence is necessary to convince us that we need to Drill Now?? The Middle Eastern sheiks and their Venezuelan friendswill bring us to our knees unless we begin to buffer their unilateral control of petroleum by recovering oil here at home !!

What more evidence do we need to allow our own oil companies to explore and recover oil resources here at home ?? The other nations in the world would be salivating to have the access we have to these resources. McCain has it right, and expect Obama to do an ABOUT FACE on this one too !!!

When she says she would "consider" drilling as a part of a comprehensive energy policy we should all be very skeptical. It's time for the American people to steamroll the clueless stubborn out-of-touch Dems on this important issue. Drill now AND invest in other technologies that may eventually reduce our need for crude oil.

McCain and Palin have always advocated doing BOTH --- explore and recover safely here at home -- as well as develop additional energy sources to un-shackle this nation from dependence on foreign oil from countries that hate us and would like to see us destroyed. The far left side of the Democratic party is by nature socially self destruction. The left truely believes that a better society will result from the destruction of the present one!! This mentality has existed for decades with the far left. Dems pay attention to them now more than ever. They have the biggest advocate of that philosophy running for president!
Wait to see how that song changes when all the comforts they take for granted today are taken away indirectly being sucked up into the banks of the Saudis and that thug down in Venezuela through a shift of economic power that's underway. Oil is being used as a subtle weapon to keep our nation down. The only thing that prevents them from really putting the screws to us is they know if they go too far we will retailiate with what power we still DO have. Military. The left would also like to see that weakened! Think about where their logic will take us. They still don't believe we are being subjugated by our cultural enemy, radical Islam.

Yes we need to drill here at home, but more importantly we need to teach our children engineering skills, to think outside the box once again to find new energy sources and better ways of doing things. Energy is the ultimate power over people, we need energy to grow enough food to feed the people, we need energy to transport food, we need energy to allow ideas relay ideas across the Internet, we need energy to heat our homes and provide fresh water to make toilet paper... Everything in the modern world revolves around controlling energy and by controlling energy controlling the people. Why is it that Democrats are so afraid of allowing us to use our energy resources to create new resources, because they will lose the yoke of control.
