Nuke Worker Used Cheat Sheet for Warhead Assembly

knoxnews.com — An error reportedly occurred during the assembly operation as a direct result of the operator using the cheat sheet. The worker had copied the part sizes from a specification sheet for a different nuclear weapons unit than the one actually being put together.
