Nudist Accused Of Sex Assault on 8 y.o.and Drinks Her Urine

thedenverchannel.com — A 47-year-old nudist is accused of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl and drinking her urine denied the charges in court Friday morning. Mother of the Year candidate who let 8-year-old daughter sleep over with a nudist admits the peeing incidents are "weird" but that it was not hurting anyone and she knows other people who drink urine.

          I believe the standard for negligence is what a "reasonable" person should conclude. I'd have to think that a reasonable person would conclude that a 40+ year old man and an 8 year old girl having sleepovers is bound to be wrought with sexual abuse.

          Given the mother's later comments that she's "okay" with her daughter sleeping naked with this man, I think she's more than eligible for an accomplice charge.

It's bloody scary to say the least.....I am going to have a long career at this rate, which really is noyt necessarily a good thing for me! It outrages me that people view having kids as a commodty almost. It's a massive responsibility to be a guardian of another human beings life. Everything has become disposable in today's society....old people, our pets...and now are children. What kind of a world will we have in the future with ''no-care mothers and throwaway fathers''.....It's beyond words to be honest.

The theory (as I understand it) is that the body is said to manufacture certain chemicals or hormones in the urine that stimulate healing. Sounds weird but it's been a part of traditional medicine in India and perhaps other parts of the world for a long long time. I vaguely recall that there was some line in the bible which reads "drink from thine own cistern" which is also presented as some kind of rationale or precedence. There was also a scientist in San Francisco (?) some years ago who was apparently having some notable success treating AIDS patients with a substance extracted from urine. His funding was cut off. If you try this, remember to use a good mouthwash afterwards. :)

    Don't get me wrong, it's gross and all, but I hardly think it's like... I dunno... that harmful.
    They didn't see the kid seemed very hurt or anything... as for psychological scarring... I think that has more to do with the way society views people who have been molested then it has to do with some sort of genetically predisposed horror of sex. (I am actually in a pretty good position to make this claim)

    That being said, given the way the story is laid out, the guy is probably potentially dangerous (Pedophilia is typically associated with various dangerous psychological disorders and the child could be in real physical danger), and that mother is grossly negligent for having no oversight or knowledge of what happened and should have the child removed from her custody.

        My point was that non-forced sexual activity with a child, while revolting, probably isn't as harmful on the psyche as people make it out to be. Sexual conduct with an adult and a child definitely coincides with harm, but I'm not convinced that it is the cause of it in lieu of other things like societal taboo.
