Norwich Man Dies In One-Car Accident In Bozrah

courant.com — BOZRAH - A 22-year-old Norwich man died early Sunday morning in a one-car accident. Christopher Waggoner, of 30 Fairground Circle, was driving a Jeep Wrangler east on Lake Road around 2:30 a.m. when he crossed over the left lane, hit a stone wall and then hit a utility pole, police said. The Jeep overturned after hitting the pole.
