North Korea No Longer Evil?

newsweek.com — The spectacle of the White House's hailing a major diplomatic breakthrough with North Korea, a nation George W. Bush once shunned as a member of the Axis of Evil, has many folks heaving a sigh of relief.

    Well you can't say North Korea is damaging the environment. I'll at least go along with that.

    My question is: how can you produce nukes without electricity?
