- TexasKoz, on 07/13/2009, -2/+80He will be dead soon.Of those diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, less than 5% are alive 5 years later. With medical care as poor as it is in NK, he may be dead by the end of the year. Hopefully he will not try and go out with a blaze of glory. Hopefully, his successor loosens the reigns a lot.
- CamZak, on 07/13/2009, -4/+72After his death, things can either get better for North Korea...or much worse.
- snafflepaffle, on 07/13/2009, -0/+47Given how Communist regimes have traditionally gone about things, if they've admitted their head of state's got pancreatic cancer, he's already dead.
- Dumbledorito, on 07/13/2009, -1/+45I'm predicting that he'll be disappointed by the number of get-well cards he receives from other countries.
- Murrabbit, on 07/13/2009, -1/+38Couldn't happen to a more deserving fella. We'll miss you, Dear Leader!
- winkyman, on 07/13/2009, -2/+38Kim Jon-Il is a douche.
- samk, on 07/13/2009, -1/+37Yeah, unfortunately, I think Kim can create as many organ donors as he needs.
- DirtyVicar, on 07/13/2009, -2/+30Cancer's Reckless Scenario for Preemptive Attack under Fire
Pyongyang, July 11 (KCNA) -- It is sheer nonsense for the mutagenic cancer cells to paint the additional deployment of its forces in the cells of the Dear Leader as a "measure to bolster their strength". The epigenetic imperialists' strategy for aggression is, in essence, a strategy for military intervention and war aimed at invading the high organs of the DPRK communist party. Rodong Sinmun Monday observes this in a signed commentary. The neoplasm's above-said scenario clearly indicates in what premeditated manner they are working to round off the preparations for destabilizing the leader and perhaps even provoking a second Korean war.
Attending the biopsy, a number of students studying at Kim Il Sung University performed poems, essays, memoirs and impressions reflecting ardent yearning for health. They sang a chorus "The Dear Leader's Pancreas Shall Conquer", a female chorus "Dear General, We Rush To Your Side With Insulin", a male chorus "song of digestive comradeship", and some Korean traditional songs.
The metastatic bellicose forces would be well advised to properly understand who their rival is and roll back the above-said scenario. - zomgflamer, on 07/13/2009, -3/+28Lawl, theres your death sentence Kim.
- TomGfromCanada, on 07/13/2009, -6/+31cancer FTW...
- Crucible1001, on 07/13/2009, -3/+26Karma?
- vault, on 07/13/2009, -2/+21I'd hate to see what 'worse' looks like given how much life in NK sucks already.
- bmcnally, on 07/13/2009, -1/+20His successor is his son. The last time that happened in North Korea, we got Kim Jong Il.
- rabidjester, on 07/13/2009, -2/+20Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy.
- vault, on 07/13/2009, -2/+20Steve Jobs had some rare less dangerous form of it, though. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Jobs#Health_con ...
- thejackyl, on 07/13/2009, -4/+22Thank ***** christ.
- ashes0, on 07/13/2009, -1/+18That's what happens when you ***** around with radioactive weaponry.
You may be thinking we can rest easy now, maybe...
Or maybe out of remorse, he'll throw a little fit on his death bed and decide to glass South Korea and the states.
To be honest I'm more worried now about a nuclear attack than ever as we are now dealing with a man who has nothing to lose. And it's obvious the selfish prick doesn't care if his bad decisions wind up killing off half his country. Just look at how many he has starved to death to fund his bombs. - Erik1421, on 07/13/2009, -2/+19This is probably why he is been launching those rockets. He wants to see those fireworks before he dies. I truly hope his successor is open to new ideas that would truly benefit his and other countries.
- WraTH017, on 07/13/2009, -1/+16WHAT? The great leader, who golfed 18 holes in one the first time he ever played golf can't beat pancreatic cancer?
Now, I don't think this is necessarily good news considering Kim Jong Un (26) will be taking over... I somehow think a greenhorn madman is a more dangerous prospect than a seasoned one, is what I'm saying. - tkcom, on 07/13/2009, -2/+15iskimjongildead.com is up for grab. Any taker?

- copypastry, on 07/13/2009, -0/+9More people need to digg you up. That was ***** brilliant.
- bag2p, on 07/13/2009, -1/+9YES
- inactive, on 07/13/2009, -0/+8Joculator. You are a retard. That is all.
- tdogg241, on 07/13/2009, -0/+8Hyundai is based in South Korea, which is *very* different from North Korea. I don't drive a Hyundai (Honda ftw), but your brand of ***** "patriotism" (read: ignorance) is more likely to inspire me to burn a flag than anything else.
- popophobia, on 07/13/2009, -1/+8Steve Jobs had pancreatic cancer and he lived. Kim is pretty much a king of North Korea, I think he would be just fine. Find a pancreas and an adequate doctor. He'll be here much longer.
- bag2p, on 07/13/2009, -0/+7What's wrong with loving nightlife and drinking?!
- freerichapuzzo, on 07/13/2009, -1/+8It is. Don't knock it until you try it.
- cmallinson, on 07/13/2009, -0/+6This is totally different. None of those other people have the power to order the cancer into recession.
- ThatsNotPoetry, on 07/13/2009, -2/+8FINALLY. Thank you, mutated nature.
- stuffradio, on 07/13/2009, -1/+6Maybe he will get more careless and not care as much of consequences of launching missiles. So, this could be a lot worse news for us too!
- GorfTron, on 07/13/2009, -2/+7I think DPRK should launch Kim Jong into space so that the stars may behold the glory of Dear Leader foreverrrr.
- MacParrot, on 07/13/2009, -0/+5UNTRUE! In North Korea the Worker's Paradise, everyone is equal! However some are more equal than others.

- rac1234, on 07/13/2009, -0/+5Lies spread by the enemies of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. As the original photograph shows, the Dear Leader is joyful and in robust health:

- tnoy, on 07/13/2009, -0/+5I think he got the wrong idea when he heard that radiation is a treatment for cancer.
- prettyawesome, on 07/13/2009, -0/+5Lies.
- inactive, on 07/13/2009, -0/+4I hope he suffers a very painful death, he ***** deserves it
- 3Y3CON, on 07/13/2009, -1/+5Awww ***** thats too bad, karma's a bitch.
- Onji, on 07/13/2009, -0/+4I don't normally wish ill-will on someone, but come on, he kind of had it coming.
- kurtwinter, on 07/13/2009, -0/+4If you are using a LCD monitor, you might as well be burning the flag, too.
Seriously, does buying "american" really help? I saw "american" because chances are that toyota in the driveway might be more "american" than the ford.
