No oil means no foreign aid

sknvibes.com — It seems that since the small island of Trinidad and Tobago won't process oil for President Bush, he decided to cut them off completely, saying that they're too rich. Giving him the power to cut off developing countries just because they won't produce oil for him is just wrong.
