No Justice for White Victim of Savage Crime
spartanspectator.blogspot.com — During the wee hours of the morning of June 1, 2008 a mob of nearly two dozen black teenagers terrorized the citizens of Mount Clemens, Michigan. Andy Kauffman, father of boys aged 9, 7, and 3, will never be the same, for he sustained permanent brain damage in his unprovoked beating by the savages. The perpetrator's sentence? 19 months in Juvi.

I don’t know if it [hate-crime legislation] applies to an unprotected class, and I don’t know if whites are part of that. I’m not sure.”
Beckmann was shocked to hear Hackel suggest that whites are not entitled to equal protection under the law. A taken aback Beckmann asked:
You mentioned ‘unprotected class.’ You mean white people are not protected by hate crime legislation?
Hackel answered that question by saying, “It doesn’t appear as such at this point and time that there is something that would qualify.”

What kind of "law" have they put in place that only applies to Americans of specific skin color? How do the "thought police" know that there was hate on any ones mind when they do apply it? This is ridiculous. It shouldn't matter what color the attacker or the victim are. This animal and all his animal buddies should have been tried as adults for, at the least, aggravated assault if not attempted murder. - Hetman, on 08/27/2008, -0/+15I do not think hate crimes should exist. I just do not like the idea regardless of what race is attacked. However these perps should be tried as adults, and tried for attempted murder. It was their choice to act violently and now they should face the consequences. I would rather see a non-violent drug offender get probabation regardless of how much the quantity is and let go, and see every violent offender get minimium sentences of 10 years. Maybe not every fight, but at least every fight that ends in near death, Coma, attempted murder etc. That is of course unless it is in self defense or something along those lines.
- thoughtcrime, on 08/27/2008, -1/+14I don't care for hate crime laws either. I guess the point here is that they DO exist, but only for certain protected classes. Either provide equal protection for ALL citizens under hate crime laws, or toss them off the books altogether.
I agree, these perpetrators should have been tried as adults. Given the main offender that inflicted the brain injury on Mr. Kauffman was 17 years old, and given the fact that juveniles as young as 14 have been tried as adults for crimes like murder, there is no excuse for the sentence the judge handed down.

Reverse racism will rear its ugly head as the "non whites" become a majority in control. Social and class envy will never die. A part of the symptomology is the class being taught at Cambridge, "All Whites are Racist".

If you discriminate against a group of people because of their race you are a racist, and that is racism. It does not matter what race you discriminate against. If you discriminate against white people, because they are white you are a racist. It is not reverse racism it is just racism.

What is needed is a shift from rehabilitation to punishment. These thugs grew up with no boundaries in essentially a parentless family. Before you can expect them to be rehabilitated, they must first learn consequence. At 13 years old in the Jewish way of life at 13 they have a celebration called a bar mitzva It is the coming of age or going into manhood. I believe that at that time in your life you know the difference between right actions and wrong ones.At 13 i felt guilt and shame every time I did something wrong. I am still feeling that when i wrong some today. now I'm not Jewish But I am A christian. Now as a believer it,s not for me to choose the road for you but to share the love I have inside. It would be my hopes that things of this nature would stop. But since it wont I have a source to go in prayer for help and guidance. Knowing this I can only pray for the one who wrongs another. I know how I,ve been in my past. it,s a terrible thing to be this way.
