- keltin, on 05/31/2008, -1/+2If you are one of those that believe The State is not arrogant and that normal, everyday people are nothing more than simpletons to be derogated, here is proof otherwise. This is an appalling lack of common sense on the part of state bureaucrats, with an overly heightened sense of a God-Complex.
It is time for the members of this group to fight fire with a blowtorch. They should use every legal means available to them to fight this Stalinistic oppression. Start filing suits against the individuals in this department who made the decisions to disregard the higher courts, and particularly they need to work on removing Judge Walters. If she is elected, then the members of this group need to start working together as a legal group, also.
Why should they have to sign an 'agreement' foisted on them by the state? What law requires that? And if there was a law about it, it should be nullified. If the People of Texas allow this to happen to this group, then they are all next in line to have their rights and privacy trampled at the whim of some loony bureaucrat. - Argentian, on 05/31/2008, -0/+2What's up with this Judge? - samboi, on 05/31/2008, -1/+0it's amazing how the govt. and Texas forgot about their egotistical raid on Waco!! which was the direct result of the Oklahoma bombings! -both were WRONG. only the innocent suffered! what the atf (govt.) and timothy Mcveigh did was exactly the same!!! it's kinda funny how the govt. came out smelling like a rose. (being justified) but Mcveigh wasn't. this nation was built on GOD not politics! people came here to practice their religious faith and not be persecuted because of it. unfortunately, muslims, scientology and atheist's are given free, "freedom of speech"! but not christians or catholics. (well, maybe a little) until the govt. says so. boy oh boy, i could go on forever.... ps, i do somewhat condone their leader for having married such young girls, not so much on the marriage but as the reason why. was it a religious faith? or lust?
