New plan for Chicago Spire unveiled

abclocal.go.com — A new plan for a unique skyscraper on Chicago's lakefront was presented Monday. It's called the Chicago Spire. It would be the tallest building in North America. Developers want to build it in the Streeterville neighborhood and they hope a new proposal will help soften opposition to the project.
