New Orleans Sets Plan for Hurricane Evacuation

nytimes.com — With the storm Gustav newly elevated to hurricane status as it passes through the Caribbean and aims at the Gulf Coast, Mayor C. Ray Nagin said on Friday that a mandatory evacuation order was possible for Sunday.
