Just when I thought I couldn't hear a more insane conspiracy, the left rides to the rescue and provides a silly, baseless and wild expectation a la chicken little. I know there are some wackos out there, but I hope there are enough people in the reality based universe that can recognize naomi for the psycho she is. If someone chooses to provide America with another jimmy carter moment, then by all means, vote for obummer, but we have enough unhinged people wandering about freely without also giving them a platform to embarrass us in front of the world. If I should be lucky enough for naomi to read this, I hope she sees her doctor soon and gets back on the meds she so obviously desperately needs....

If all signs point to yes would you still shout no, stomp your foot on the ground, stick your fingers in your ears and scream "lalalalalala"
What does it take for you to drop those tribal glasses for a minute to see that there is no "left" and "right" under fascism. And if you don't think that what is happening right now isn't the fast track to fascism, you'd better learn the definition of the word fascism.
Those that refuse to study history are doomed to repeat it. Don't you see that the way you talk and think about "liberals" is eerily similar to the way the Germans spoke and thought about "Jews" or the Hutu spoke and thought about the Tootsie. It's the same pattern, don't be lulled into a false sense of security just because you've lived a comfortable life so far - at the expense of the rest of the world, and have never had to go through a fraction of the turmoil the US creates in the rest of the world through every day as it tries to maintain it's empire. Empires fall, and yours is stretched beyond it's limits.
It's really sad but soon you're going to be like Russia in the 1980's. Hopefully then some of you will gain some hindsight. All the ones that saw it coming and made an effort to stop it and speak out are welcome to come and live in Canada. And as for the "our ship is tethered to your ship" thing, we'll definitely feel the effects, but we've made so many investment ties to places like China and India in the last decade that it hopefully won't be as bad. All open minded, tolerant, creative, brilliant and compassionate Americans and all the children need to come to Canada or Australia. Everyone else can stay behind with their heads up their asses and get what they deserve.
