- ScottMcIntyre, on 08/25/2008, -0/+5This is a similar story as the one which happened to Kitty Genovese in1964 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kitty_Genovese). Bystanders all thought that someone else was calling the police meaning - in reality - no one did.
- Michaelabehsera, on 08/25/2008, -0/+3That is NY for you, when I lived there I saw in the news couple of similar news like this one, its really crazy.

Anyone ever take a psychology 101 course? - lostmyleggins, on 08/26/2008, -0/+3this is why you must be ready to protect yourself, the police will not be with you when someone attacks you, if your lucky someone might call them but you are on your own until they get there.
