- inactive, on 05/10/2008, -0/+53The only people who got sick were the ones who had fish for dinner. I'm glad there was someone aboard who knew how to land the train.
- duddy, on 05/10/2008, -3/+50At the beginning of the 21st century, the Umbrella Corporation had become the largest commercial entity in Canada.
Nine out of every ten homes contain it´s products. It´s political and financial influence is felt everywhere.
In public it is the world´s leading supplier of computer Technology, Medical Products and Health Care.
Unknown even to it´s own employees, it´s massive profits are generated by Military Technology, Genetic Experimentation and viral Weaponry. - coolmanmax2000, on 05/10/2008, -1/+41Already, the cover up has begun
- Khaos, on 05/10/2008, -0/+27Resident Evil 5 viral marketing gone wrong?!?!
- emjaymj, on 05/10/2008, -1/+20I'm guessing that's because they were uncertain about the fact that it was noninfectious immediately when it happened, but logic doesn't really matter.
- inactive, on 05/10/2008, -1/+18The article was removed? False alarm?
I guess Mainstream Media felt we were scared enough this week. Or the shadow government miscalculated and it would be more profitable to do a large genocide-by-infectious-disease a few month from now.
/joke
/sorta - bxblox, on 05/10/2008, -1/+17Why would you quarantine noninfectious disease?
- jjustice, on 05/10/2008, -2/+17omg umbrella corporation
- Tryptomine, on 05/10/2008, -0/+15Of course not, it is viral marketing after all.

- Slython, on 05/10/2008, -0/+11Jesus H. Christ. I live in Ontario and I got the flu yesterday. I'm freaked out now, thanks digg!
- cheezintern, on 05/10/2008, -0/+9cause they're clearly trying to cover up the zombie infection.
- inactive, on 05/10/2008, -1/+10Yeah, sure, believe vroom101 and his "facts"

- browwiw, on 05/10/2008, -0/+7The Spanish Flu ended WWI, smart guy. It killed more people than the goddam war. We're more than due for a flu outbreak of that magnitude, btw.
- geartype2, on 05/10/2008, -0/+6watch Cube, Cube 2, and Cube 0.
- slvrbullet87, on 05/10/2008, -0/+6Horror movies dont happen in canda, it is just not possible

- masterm1nd, on 05/10/2008, -0/+5Or watch cube and shoot yourself in the head before you even think about watching any of the other ones.
- cutevie, on 05/10/2008, -1/+5omg Zombies DX
- thebadkitty, on 05/10/2008, -0/+4That's what they want you to think.
- browwiw, on 05/10/2008, -0/+4As much as I hate Faux News and their incessant fear mongering...the flu epidemics are pretty goddam dangerous when not immediately pounced upon. And yes...the flu can kill.
Wash your hands. Drink your orange juice. That should do it. - masterm1nd, on 05/10/2008, -0/+3I wonder how many 'nuts' dugg without getting the reference.
- danwallace, on 05/10/2008, -0/+4There's a Cube 0?

- jsaya, on 05/10/2008, -0/+3"The requested document could not be found." 404WTF
- thebadkitty, on 05/10/2008, -0/+3Dude you're gonna have to fight his reanimated zombie corpse for it.
- Goathead2008, on 05/10/2008, -0/+3Could be, since everyone had forgotten about Canada eh?
- funzo, on 05/10/2008, -0/+2Geez, if you've been watching the news, the people that have been getting sick at the same time was just a coincidence.
- browwiw, on 05/11/2008, -0/+2Because they ran out of warm bodies to send to the front. You can't deploy an army that's been decimated by the flu. Read a book, people.

http://www.apple.com/trailers/fox/thehappening/ - sKiLLa182, on 05/10/2008, -0/+2I work for an charter airline and we were actually hired to fly over the scene and take pictures by one of the companies involved. The general consensus in the office was that if it was anything, it was the "Norwalk virus" which has the wonderful attribute of being passed from humans to other humans via (no pun intended) feces. Makes sense that it was a false alarm, and I'm still convinced that the minor viral infection mentioned is Norwalk.
- jsaya, on 05/10/2008, -0/+2http://cnews.canoe.ca/CNEWS/Canada/2008/05/09/5519 ... - Public health officials have determined that a women who died on a Via train today did not die of an infectious illness.
