Midnight burglar arraigned

blog.cleveland.com — A Cleveland Heights man known as the "Midnight Burglar'' was arraigned Friday on more burglary charges after a scuffle with police last week. Officers were helping a woman get into her locked car when Vickers stopped and offered to help. An officer recognized Vickers after seeing his picture plastered on local utility poles.
