Mexico Faces New Drug Challenge: Mini-Submarines

    We can send a hundred billion to Mexico to combat drugs, but compared to the profits that drug lords make, 100 billion is just a drop in the bucket. They simply have more resources through the mountains of cash they have made supplying our insatiable thirst for these drugs. Our demand is never ending, and no-one honesty thinks we are going to reduce demand. When there is a demand, there will always be someone willing to supply the market at a profit.
