Mexican gang leader arrested at DMV
hosted.ap.org — An alleged leader of a Mexican crime ring wanted on gang, drugs and weapons charges has been taken into custody, the FBI said Wednesday. Jose Manuel Garibay Felix was arrested Friday at a California Department of Motor Vehicle office in Riverside, FBI Special Agent in Charge Keith Slotter said.
