Kids are scarred for life, most of them unable to have a healthy relationship, often unable to be around kids or have their own, and with a variety of mental issues. Plus they're defenseless children. (Surprisingly most killers aren't Ed Gein and aren't targeting random weak people, most murder cases are guys killing their wives' lovers, etc, which is a lot easier to sympathise with, however wrong it is.)

- bmnrocks, on 11/07/2007, -3/+4It has been in the news before where the women have been convicted also as they helped in the productions. Though it is not heard of as often. I also agree with the statement that arresting the customers is not the way to go, as the children have already been and are continuing to be abused. Though it's a bigger pool, probably 100s or 1000s of people are making these films, and many millions are watching them. So it's easier to pick off a few customers then to go after the real people behind the child abuse.
