McHenry Co.'s No. 4 fugitive is arrested in Louisiana

chicagotribune.com — Cechini, 39, formerly of Crystal Lake, was indicted by a McHenry County grand jury in November 2005 on charges that he abused a female relative by lifting her by her hair, biting her and punching her in the mouth, according to court records.
